Welcome to this space. Our registered Chinese medicine practitioner Dr. Eliza Chan is happy to meet you in person, discuss your symptoms and signs to provide an overall health assessment. In Chinese medicine, we take a holistic approach scanning for imbalances in the body to customise a treatment plan for you.  Lifestyle and diet advices will be provided during the initial consultation. We want you to feel supported and empowered during your healing process.

We use acupuncture needles, usually combined with heat, cupping, Tuina or herbal medicines to treat the underlying condition. The cost of general acupuncture is $95 for 45 minutes to an hour; $120 for 75 minutes and $140 for 90 minutes (and you are able to claim some of it back from major private health insurance companies), for a list of services and related costs please refer to our Pricing page. If your condition is complicated, please consider and request a 90 minutes consul + treatment package.

Our patients' comfort level is very important to us. Only ultra thin, top quality sterile disposable stainless steel needles are used for best therapeutic results. The Korean brand is widely used in worldly renowned hospitals (eg. Tzu Chi hospitals). Seirin needles are used during our facial acupuncture, and they are the most expensive brand in the industry for its impeccable craftsmanship. This sets us apart from other clinics. We provide painless laser acupuncture for children and adults, it is a non-invasive option for needle phobic patients and perfect for those taking blood thinning medication. Eliza is also trained in aromatherapy and Reiki and is able to treat patients with her multi-modality approach.

What can we help you with?

Level I research in recent 3 years shows that acupuncture has positive effect on chronic and acute pain, inflammation, digestive issues, mental health (stress, insomnia, anxiety, constipation), nervous system (post-stroke support), allergic rhinitis (hayfever) and symptoms post surgery. As our practitioner is a big supporter of evidence-based acupuncture,  if you are interested to find out more , please click and download the following documents for more details. We also share results of controlled trials intermittently on our official Facebook page.
